Centre for the Study of Complex Malaria in India (CSCMI)
The Centre for the Study of Complex Malaria in India (CSCMI) in Shillong is established collaboratively, through the International Centers of Excellence for Malaria Research (ICEMR) initiative. The ICEMR initiative serves as a global network of independent research centres in malaria-endemic settings to provide knowledge, tools, and evidence-based strategies to support researchers working in a variety of settings, especially within governments and healthcare institutions.
The CSCMI is undertaking epidemiological surveys, vector assessment and genomic studies in Meghalaya.
